The property is classified as flame zone which justifies it’s industrial aesthetic of raw steel and fibre cement sheeting. The new owners wanted an additional bedroom designed in an industrial style consistent with the existing bedroom pods, the new pod offers an intimate retreat away from the expansive valley views of the north-facing living room. Instead, it embraces the quieter charm of the surrounding bushland to the east and south, creating a cosy and secluded space.
